Job Description

AI / ML Engineer - Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related field

Technical Skills:

Minimum 4+yrs of experience in AI/ML

Proficient in Python and ML libraries: scikit-learn, XGBoost, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc. )

Hands-on with TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Keras

Experience in data preprocessing , feature selection , EDA , and model interpretability

Comfortable with API development and deploying models using Flask, FastAPI, or similar

Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow , Kubeflow , DVC , Airflow , etc.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, S3, Lambda), GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure ML

Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

NLP frameworks (e. g. , spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)

Computer Vision experience using OpenCV or YOLO/Detectron

Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning or Generative AI (GANs, LLMs)

Experience with vector databases (e. g. , Pinecone, Weaviate) and LangChain for AI agent building

Familiarity with data labeling platforms and annotation workflows

Soft Skills:

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment

Passion for AI/ML and eagerness to stay updated with the latest developments
