Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end to end solutions on hosted ServiceNow platforms.
Developing and implementing custom applications from scratch and automating processes to improve overall customer experience.
Integrating ServiceNow with 3rdparty systems to send and receive data while making sure any personal / confidential data is encrypted & decrypted accordingly.
Developing custom portals, pages & widgets as per client requirement making sure the UI is effective and attractive.
Developing code while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Staying up to date with latest platform release features to ensure utilization of the features if applicable.
Closely working with clients , leads, other architects, IT support teams , SIT , UAT teams & other technical teams for gathering requirements , providing solutions and testing to ensure seamless implementations.
Debugging / troubleshooting errors and working on enhancements during development and testing phases.
Strong Functional knowledge and implementation experience of ITSM, and any other ServiceNow Application framework.
Responsible for design and documentations of business requirements and held business requirement and approval meetings followed by functional reviews, design demos with the stakeholders.
Involved in planning and coordinating Implementation plan for every release in ServiceNow .
Analyzed the current business and technology environments to detect deficiencies and recommended ServiceNow solutions for the performance improvement.
Responsible for guiding & providing knowledge transfer to team members & juniors on various processes.
Expertise in working on ServiceNow document templates and scripts.
Proficient in customizing live chatbots
Worked on custom platform translations involving different translation tables in ServiceNow.
Experience in handling UAT , SRT and deployment end to end.
Experience in direct client facing roles.
POC, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy custom services in order to automate the existing processes ,reduce time & effort and improve productivity of the client.
