Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customers issue
Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
Achieve CSAT of 9.3 on a scale of 0-10.
Maintain Chat AHT of 315 sec

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a Graduate/Under Grad

Experience: Min 6 months/1 Year experience required in any International Chat US Process
Age: 18 years onwards
