Job Description

Process:International voice process (24*7 shift/2 rotational week offs)
Rounds of interviewto be conducted via telephonic/video
Work from home available until lock down.
Job responsibility:
Handling inbound calls-Customer Service profile
To successfully resolve customer Queries / Complaints.
Fresher/Experience in International customer service Process
Should be comfortable with Night Shift ( US Rotational off)
Excellent Communication Skills
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Min. 0-6 yrs of Experience in domestic/international voice process/experience in any field & Freshers with good communication skills can be considered .
