Job Title: Senior Boomi Developer/ Technical Architect
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Boomi Developer to take on the role of
a Technical Architect. This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and optimization of
our Boomi processes while mentoring the team in achieving technical excellence. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in Boomi integration development but also has a strong aptitude for designing scalable solutions and guiding cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Code/Process Review & Quality Assurance:
1. Conduct detailed code/process reviews to ensure alignment with best practices
and maintain high-quality standards.
2. Provide constructive feedback to developers to enhance their skills and project
outcomes. - Collaborative Design:
1. Collaborate with the team to design and architect integration components that
meet functional and technical requirements.
2. Provide hands-on guidance during the design and development of Boomi
processes. - Team Mentorship:
1. Support the QA team in understanding project requirements and testing
strategies.
2. Assist developers during the development lifecycle and ensure smooth
transitions to QA phases. - Process Optimization:
1. Analyze existing Boomi processes and recommend optimizations to enhance
performance, scalability, and reliability.
2. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the
integration landscape. - New Process Development:
1. Design and implement new Boomi processes, ensuring they align with
organizational goals and technical specifications.
2. Define standards and guidelines for process development to ensure consistency
and maintainability
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including design,
development, and deployment of integration solutions. - Proven expertise in Boomi Process Design, Integration Patterns, and Best
Practices. - Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, and integration with various
platforms. - Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in Boomi.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-
functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and QA professionals
