About makeO (toothsi | skinnsi):

makeO is Indias leading clinical beauty platform offering innovative, tech-enabled solutions in oral (toothsi) and skin (skinnsi) care. We aim to deliver doctor-led treatments at home or in-clinic, powered by top technology and personalized service.

Role Objective:

To drive retail sales performance through effective training programs, ensuring sales teams across stores, clinics, and partner networks are well-equipped with product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules for new joinees and existing staff, covering:
  
• Product knowledge (aligners, skin treatments, devices)
  
• Customer handling and objection management
  
• Soft skills and grooming
  
• In-store sales strategies
  
• Conduct on-field coaching and training audits across locations to evaluate sales effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment in communication and positioning.
  
• Monitor post-training performance; identify gaps and provide refresher training.
  
• Maintain and update training documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
  
• Support during new store launches or expansion rollouts.
  
• Drive customer experience excellence by training on CRM tools and feedback handling.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 36 years in sales training, preferably in retail beauty, wellness, skincare, pharma, or FMCG.
  
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in science, pharma, or cosmetology background); training certifications a plus.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
  
• Fluent in English, Hindi; regional language proficiency is a bonus.
