This remarkable opportunity calls for an individual with broad-ranging, multi-technology and multi-vendor know-how, as well as a robust comprehension of Mobile Networks architectures, whether legacy or cloud-based. Your primary role will be to guide and aid in the implementation and transformation of end-to-end multidomain customer projects and the ongoing improvements of end-to-end service and automation.
What you will do: - Create a pool of service level experts, helping shift business focus from maintaining domain KPIs to improving end-to-end service KPIs.
- Cooperate with CUs, partaking in new feature tests, offering improvements request, and suggesting new ones.
- Execute local Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities regarding new or enhanced service and resource deployment.
- Take on a driving role in the comprehensive automation in customers networks, utilizing cross-domain and end-to-end competencies.
- Lead investigations during multidomain troubleshooting and ensure consistent analysis across all areas.
- Participate in presales, building relations with new and potential customers, performing thorough E2E solution and impact analyses.
- Propose enhancements to the E2E solution, aiming to boost service quality or network maintenance efficiency.
