Job Description

Role Summary

You'll drive end-to-end creative leadership across campaigns, content, visual design, and spatial branding. Your impact will be felt in every video we launch, every social post we craft, and every clinic walk-in we welcome. From creating immersive clinic experiences to producing thumb-stopping content, youll lead a multidisciplinary team and bring the brand to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy for digital and physical brand touchpoints
  • Direct brand storytelling across social media, influencer campaigns, and product launches
  • Oversee video production, content writing, and creative assets for performance marketing Own communication design and spatial branding for Toothsi clinicsincluding signage, interiors, in-store visuals, and experiential collateral
  • Collaborate closely with CX, ops, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across clinic environments
  • Manage external agencies and production partners for retail branding and video shoots
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal creative team
  • Monitor trends in design, culture, and consumer behavior to keep Toothsi bold and relevant

Required Experience

  • 68 years managing brand strategy and creative execution in a creative agency
  • Portfolio showcasing both digital content and spatial branding/design
  • Experience directing video shoots, content calendars, and campaign storytelling
  • Familiarity with retail design, customer experience, or signage/interior brand elements
  • Leadership style that motivates teams while maintaining creative excellence

Bonus Traits

  • Knowledge of beauty, healthcare, or tech-driven consumer brands
  • Experience with local activations and 360 digital content marketing
