Role & responsibilities
Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeO (toothsi) products & services.
Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM system with customer details, feedback, and call outcomes. Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries.
Educate customers about the benefits of aligners, treatment process, pricing, and offers.
Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales.
Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customerfirst attitude in all interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
0-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
HSC Qualification / Graduation Freshers
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
