You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and necessary remediations to processes. Your role will involve contributing to content creation to bring awareness to the latest updates in the Operations space. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and executing successful Disaster Recovery exercises. You will provide expertise in maintaining and executing Change Management policies and ensuring compliance. CMDB Management will also be a part of your responsibilities, focusing on improving business analyst focuses. Troubleshooting escalations in a timely manner and reviewing incident volume to identify trends and potential problem areas will be key tasks. You will also assist in Major Incident Management, including bridges, postmortem reviews, and remediations. Identifying trends, evaluating potential resolutions to reduce future occurrences proactively, and communicating problems and issues to management are essential aspects of the role. You should be capable of operating independently, demonstrating logical thinking, and articulating clear thought processes through effective communications. Managing stakeholder expectations by communicating scope and timing of deliverables effectively, as well as assisting in Monthly and Quarterly Audit reviews, will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent - 3+ years of hands-on experience in 2 or more areas such as Change Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, Knowledge Management, ITIL, and CMDB - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong report-driven analytical and data interpretation skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Self-starter and proactive with the ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously - Basic knowledge in core enterprise infrastructure - Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate with others - Willingness to work outside of business hours when necessary,
