    You are a motivated and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive, and you will be joining a growing team in the travel and tourism industry. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about aviation and looking to establish a career. Your primary responsibilities will include managing airline ticket reservations, ensuring accurate issuance, and providing exceptional customer service for travel packages. Your duties will involve processing airline bookings efficiently using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo. Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing and reissuing airline tickets, handling cancellations, and processing refunds in adherence to airline policies. It is crucial to offer clients precise and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements. You will assist customers with booking inquiries, resolve ticketing issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of all ticketing transactions. Staying updated on the latest airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel advisories is essential. You will collaborate with the tours and operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements and handle customer complaints and queries related to air travel and ticketing professionally. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in travel and tourism is advantageous. - IATA certification in air reservation, ticketing & reporting is required. - Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and airline policies. Desired Skills and Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in tech or app-based businesses. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). - Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude. - Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic technical knowledge of mobile apps and social platforms is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is advantageous. - Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.
