    Unicorn is an Apple Authorised Service Provider located in Sangamner, Maharashtra 422605. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Shivkamal Rajpal Corner, Navin Nagar Road. As a Technician at Unicorn, your primary responsibility will be to provide quick and efficient support to Apple product owners. You will be required to build strong and positive relationships with Apple customers by assessing their needs and offering timely solutions. Your expertise in current Apple technology, particularly with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices, will enable you to provide customers with on-the-spot assistance and advice. In cases where further support is needed, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure that customers are back up and running smoothly. Additionally, you will be involved in providing personalized training to new customers, helping them to develop essential skills for their photo, video, and music projects. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer care will not only benefit individual customers but also contribute to maintaining strong relationships with our clientele. Your role as a Customer Service Representative at Unicorn is crucial to our overall success. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during day shifts, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person at Sangamner, Maharashtra.
