We are looking for candidates interested in the position of Process Developer, Customer Service, who will play a crucial role in identifying areas for operational enhancement and innovation. As an active user of the Internet and online applications, you will be instrumental in improving customer service and account management, resolving customer queries and concerns, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies, troubleshoot product bugs, and provide excellent customer service by demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills. Qualifications we seek in you include work experience in customer service, particularly in credit cards or banking, and a customer-centric approach with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Attention to detail, effective probing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are also key requirements for this role.
