Collaborate closely with Project/Engagement managers to develop comprehensive financial plans encompassing budgets, actuals, and forecasts. Offer expert guidance on financial assumptions, methodologies, and best practices for project costing and resource allocation. Monitor and evaluate project performance, both in terms of delivery and finances, against approved budgets, highlighting variances and proposing necessary corrective measures. Identify and analyze potential risks that may jeopardize the success of the engagement. Generate regular reports and dashboards to offer valuable insights into the progress and health of projects. Assist in configuring and overseeing engagements of varying sizes within the e-Monitoring tool as per stakeholder specifications. Collaborate with senior management and external partners to track financial performance, address any financial concerns, and ensure resolution. Contribute to refining and enhancing financial templates, reports, and forecasting techniques. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Display adept problem-solving abilities and propose actionable solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, while familiarity with BI Tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qliksense is advantageous. Possess knowledge of project management methodologies and principles, along with a foundational understanding of SDLC and ITIL. Prior experience in IT is a valuable asset. Ability to communicate effectively in a clear, professional, and proactive manner.
