Maintain call duration within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).
Follow company-defined quality standards and call handling norms.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and also perform effectively when working independently.
Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, or customer expectations.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong command over grammar and spelling.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate desktop systems efficiently.
