Logistics Coordinator @ Tercelherbs

Job Description

• Coordinating Shipments: Arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.   
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate inventory records.   
• Transportation Management: Working with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.   
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to shipping and delivery, and maintaining positive customer relationships.   
• Documentation: Preparing and managing shipping documents, such as invoices and customs paperwork.   
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving shipping errors, addressing logistical challenges, and optimizing processes.   
• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with various teams, including sales, warehouse, and transportation providers.   
• Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
