Assistant Manager- Design Engineering @ Vinayak Enterprises

Job Description

You will be designated as an Assistant Manager in the Design Engineering department with a required experience of 5-8 years. The role is based in Bangalore and involves various responsibilities related to design engineering and product development. Your main responsibilities will include mentoring and managing the Design Engineering Team, creating and managing the IMOS Product Library, handling backend processes, and optimizing the value of existing products. You will also be involved in creating and testing new product fragments and modules on IMOS, as well as ensuring front end to backend integration. Additionally, you will provide prototype assistance and engineering support to enable production library, support projects in backlog clearance, allocate product library, and work on material and cost optimization of products. You will also be responsible for technical document creation, record keeping, and knowledge transfer to the Learning & Development team. Your role will involve training internal teams, developing the UI of software used in product development, and continuously improving methods based on feedback. You will also be responsible for reporting and data analysis of backend data, providing technical assistance to both internal and external teams, as well as authorities. Overall, you will play a crucial role in the design engineering and product development processes, ensuring optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the projects and products handled by the team.,
