As an experienced IAM professional, you will have a profound understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IsC) and a robust background in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Your responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive identity lifecycle processes, such as RBAC, JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), custom workflows, triggers, launchers, and access recertification. You will excel in transitioning legacy IIQ environments to IsC by leveraging your architectural knowledge and platform expertise to revamp identity governance successfully. Your role will involve developing, testing, and deploying new IAM features and functionalities, collaborating with security and IT teams to integrate SailPoint with other systems, and monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to identity management and access controls. Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, SCIM, and SaaS-based IAM integration is essential to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will document configurations, processes, and changes in the IAM system, demonstrating expertise in Java, XML, and other scripting languages, along with knowledge of directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
