Job Description
- As an E-Commerce Manager in the Lifestyle/Fashion/Beauty industry based in Lower Parel, you will play a crucial role in managing various platforms and marketplaces to achieve annual revenue and operating expense targets. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a solid background in e-Commerce, social media marketing, PR, and digital sales, who are seeking end-to-end ownership and accountability in their next career challenge. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with leading e-commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Ajio, Vanity Wagon, and others. You will be tasked with ensuring optimal stock availability and fulfillment across these platforms. Additionally, you will strategize and implement plans to boost revenue and conversion rates for the brand, as well as identify and onboard new marketplaces to expand brand reach. Collaborating with marketing teams, you will develop and execute impactful campaigns, coordinating the creation of compelling product listings with visuals, descriptions, and specifications. By analyzing sales data, you will identify trends and insights to enhance performance, prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance on regular and peak sale days, and implement region-specific strategies. You will also oversee stock projections, drive merchandising strategies, and introduce creative initiatives like GWP campaigns. As the brand's representative for e-commerce stakeholders, you will focus on enhancing brand visibility and awareness through innovative online initiatives. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management or similar roles. Proficiency in analyzing sales and inventory data, digital marketing, campaign execution, and online merchandising is crucial. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, and Tata Cliq are advantageous. Preferred skills include certification in Digital Marketing, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, proficiency in Excel and other analytics platforms, and hands-on experience with Advance Excel. Knowledge of social media platforms, analytical tools, business management skills, persuading skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Candidates with a background in Nykaa will be given preference.
