Principal Consultant, Full Stack (TypeScript,) @ Genpact

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Principal Consultant, Full Stack Developer (TypeScript, React, NodeJS, MongoDB). As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting clean and functional code that meets the company's needs. Your primary focus will be on coding, ensuring high performance, and responsiveness to requests. You will work with Engineers using Agile Methodology and have a comprehensive understanding of business use cases to develop effective and strategic solutions. Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand real-time problems and tailor solutions to meet client needs is a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Development and support of applications - Participation in Application Modernization program - Integration and failure analysis - Team Management, working as a track lead with PM and Scrum Master - Close collaboration with onsite teams and customers to understand delivery expectations and ensure team alignment Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - BE/ B Tech/ MCA - Development experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (TypeScript, React, NodeJS, MongoDB) - Experience in Web Services integration, failure analysis, etc. - Familiarity with Iterative/Agile/DevOps practices - Experience with JIRA/Remedy tool If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to work as a Principal Consultant in a dynamic environment, leveraging your Full Stack development skills, this role at Genpact in Noida, India could be the perfect fit for you.
