Software Engineer - React JS Developer @ Vercal India

Job Description

You will lead the development and architecture of a comprehensive React-based web application, implementing modern, scalable, and testable UI components. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, you will build customer-facing features for seamless cross-border financial transactions. Setting and upholding high standards for code quality and frontend best practices, you will actively contribute to code reviews and mentor other engineers. Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve performance and scalability, you will also monitor and resolve production issues proactively. You should have strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript, proficiency in Frontend Development with scalable architecture, and experience with TypeScript and asynchronous programming. Additionally, knowledge of UI/UX best practices, UI Development, and Product Design is essential. Familiarity with tools like UI PATH (optional/nice-to-have) is considered beneficial. Your ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers, along with strong debugging, performance optimization, and production support skills, will be crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required for this position.,
