Job Opening: For Freshers, Customer Support Executive into International Semi Voice Process,

Qualification: Any Graduate



 

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for an International Semi Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels , ensuring high-quality service delivery to international clients.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support for international customers.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Update customer records and follow up on pending issues.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and KPIs.

 

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Basic computer proficiency.

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
