Job Description
- As a Robotic Trainer at "On My Own Technology" in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in delivering STEAM education to students of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions, teach robotics concepts, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform preventive maintenance on robotics equipment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on robot development projects and provide guidance to students. You will design and implement lesson plans for robotics classes, utilizing innovative and engaging teaching techniques to teach students from kindergarten to high school robotics programming and design. It will be essential to ensure that students have a solid understanding of the subject matter while managing classroom discipline and fostering a motivating learning environment. Furthermore, you will assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. Staying updated with new technologies and teaching methods in the field of robotics education will be a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning and achievement is crucial, along with attending school-related events and maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong organizational and time management skills, and familiarity with coding languages and programming software are essential. Experience with classroom management techniques, student assessment methods, and educational technology environments is preferred for experienced teachers.
