As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and operate automated processes utilizing Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere. You will play a crucial role in administering these platforms as enterprise services to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of business processes, workflows, and product development, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere. You will be tasked with analyzing and mapping business processes to identify automation opportunities, integrating RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms, and troubleshooting and optimizing automation workflows for efficiency and reliability. Additionally, you will administer Power Automate environments through the Power Platform Admin Center and Automation Anywhere Control Room, monitor and maintain RPA platforms for high availability and performance, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation environments. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to align automations with business needs and providing support and maintenance for existing automation solutions will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere. Strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET are essential, along with experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with other systems. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required, coupled with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred skills for this role include certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere, experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse, familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, and knowledge of BPM platforms like Pega, which is considered a strong plus.,
