Job Description

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials such as AAC Blocks, ALC Wall Panels, Tiles, and Laminates. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in sales and business development to lead our sales initiatives in the regions of Ankleshwar, Palghar, Surat, and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the building materials sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the building materials sector.
    • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales management within the building materials industry.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of glass, flooring, tiles, and other building materials, with a focus on regional sales and business development.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
    • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 12,00,000. The work schedule is during the day, and the work mode is on-site. We have 3 positions open for this role, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving sales and making a significant impact in the building materials industry.
