Job Description

You will architect automation testing solutions to cover test objectives from software tests up to integrated system tests on virtual and physical embedded targets. Your role involves offering automation testing solutions as a platform that enables development teams to execute their application-specific tests in the CI/CD pipeline independently. Additionally, you will be leading the design and operation of efficient test automation processes, ensuring smooth integration of automation testing solutions as a platform service. Joining the core R&D Automotive Engineering Team for the marquee Swedish Account - Polestar, you will become a part of a dedicated Offshore Delivery Center established for Sweden's leading EV brand at Infosys" Electronics City, Bangalore Campus. This position offers you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive software projects, collaborating with global teams to address real-world Automotive and next-generation Electric Mobility Challenges. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in test automation for embedded products in the automotive industry. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Robot Frameworks is preferred. Moreover, familiarity with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, and CAPL, along with knowledge of communication protocols like CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet, will be beneficial. Experience in setting up and operating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) technologies is essential. A background in embedded software and a passion for cars and cutting-edge technologies, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are key attributes for success in this role.
