Role & responsibilities :

Job Title: GCP DevOps Architect

Location: Remote

Exp: 10+ yrs

Client: EQUINIX

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure
• Design and deploy cloud architecture (GCP & AWS) aligned with business goals
• Automate cloud provisioning using Terraform (IaC)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Apply DevOps best practices including automated testing, version control, and monitoring
• Manage and automate Kafka clusters (enterprise & open source) using Ansible and Python
• Ensure cloud security with IAM, encryption, and compliance standards
• Handle Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) environments
• Support and maintain Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Composer, App Engine, GKE, and more
• Work independently or collaboratively with strong communication skills

Preferred candidate profile :

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with GCP and Big Query
• Proficiency in Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Experience with Kafka, Ansible, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of cloud services (GCP & AWS)
