Role & responsibilities : Openings for BA role for our client.

Engagement duration - 6 months.

Requirement Details

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Design, or Business Process Re-engineering roles.
  Strong knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS processes (e.g., Order-to-Activate) OR core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP/CRM/SCM).
  Hands-on experience in process mapping, value stream analysis, and process optimization.
  Familiarity with automation and digital enablers such as RPA, workflow engines, and rule-based decisioning.
  Experience with tools like Visio, Bizagi or similar BPM tools.
  Lead cross-functional workshops to understand "as-is" processes and identify pain points, gaps, and redundancies.
  Define and document "to-be" processes aligned with digital transformation objectives, automation strategies, and customer experience goals.
  Apply industry best practices (e.g., BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, TM Forum) to redesign business processes across CRM, EPC, order management and other support functions.
  Translate process models into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business rules and system capabilities.
  Collaborate with stakeholders including business teams, architects, and delivery teams to validate redesigned processes.
  Develop KPIs and success metrics to track process performance post-implementation.
