Senior System Analyst (Java technical lead)About Cybage:

a) Mandatory is Core java and Spring boot
b) Good to have is Event driven architecture and containerization knowledge NoSQL and SQLRoles and Responsibilites:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to think and act strategically and creatively
• Should be able to hand a small-sized team therefore should hold 2+ years with team leading
• Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working as part of a team
• Technical experience in Java and Sprint boot
• Good analytical skills
• Managing a Team, mentoring and resolving technical blockers
• Review the code and suggest best practices and optimized code
• Guide the team through process and see that all standards are met
• Handson on tools like ADO / JIRA
• Connect with clients regularly for business and technical discussions
• Attend all the sprint ceremonies and contribute
• Database and AWS hands on
• Raise risks and issues as appropriate.

• 60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third
• Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)

• Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
