Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

Role Overview Description


RESPONSIBILITIES-


Lead generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through databases, LinkedIn, webinars, expos, and industry sources.
  • Update and manage lead records in CRM tools or Excel.

Outbound Calling & Follow-ups:

  • Make introductory calls to prospects to pitch offerings or gather interest.
  • Follow up with leads from campaigns, events, and the website.

Meeting / Demo Scheduling:

  • Book demos or introductory calls with the senior sales/technical team.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure pre-call readiness.

Webinar, Seminar, Expo Calling:

  • Call and invite relevant professionals to attend company webinars, seminars, and expos.
  • Share event details, handle basic queries, and confirm registrations.

Campaign & Event Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead outreach during campaigns.
  • Assist in post-event follow-ups, surveys, and feedback collection.

Basic Product Communication:

  • Share company profile, brochures, and explain offerings at a basic level.
  • Route technical or commercial questions to relevant team members.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain daily call logs, track lead status, and update outreach reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis.

Additional Support:

  • Assist sales team in backend coordination, proposal follow-ups, or market research as needed.

SKILLS-

  • Strong spoken and written communication (English + Hindi)
  • Confident and polite on the phone; able to engage B2B professionals
  • Basic understanding of industrial/B2B sectors (training will be given)
  • Comfortable with Excel, email, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
