Set the technical course for scaling our GTM tech stack to enterprise level
Maintain an end-to-end view of the system and assist with developing the roadmap, Lead the strategic direction to scale our GTM tech stack for enterprise-level operations, overseeing the entire system and contributing to roadmap development, Ability to build scalable systems architecture to solve current state business requirements, Regularly evaluate new RevOps technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency
Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives, Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools, including CRM, CPQ, CLM and other relevant applications, Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements, Provide strategic direction, architectural guidance and hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform design and development, Accelerate the technical growth of the GTM Systems team
Mentor team members with best practices and thought partnership, Design complex data models to meet business needs and ensure usability within Salesforce and in downstream applications
Maintain data security and integrity, Research, diagnose, monitor, and eliminate possible performance bottlenecks, Collaborate with business teams, cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce and GTM system projects, What We Should Look For
8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in a SaaS environment, 5+ years total of GTM systems experience, Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred, Experience scaling a GTM tech stack to enterprise level, Proven ability to lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, Salesforce CPQ expertise and experience, Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools, Familiar with SFDC Development Lifecycle and Change Management and best practices therein, Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem of applications and supporting systems that integrate with Salesforce (such as Marketo, Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and CLM), Experience working with GTM teams and familiarity with their typical work processes and challenges, Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and to translate technical needs/opportunities into a roadmap, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Show
