Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers or students.
  
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
  
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback.
  
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages.
  
• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/BPO/sales is a plus.
