Job Description

Position: Manager Collection BPO/KPO background (Domestic process) Qualification: Graduation Mandatory Location: Kolkata

Minimum 8-12 years of Collection experience with maximum exposure to field collection and Tele collection.
Must have worked with a large team --- minimum 100 people.
Must be very good in written and speaking communication.
Must have exposure of East and South Markets also.
Credit card Collection experience will be an added advantage for the candidate.
