Job Description
- Create accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks as per customer and project requirements
- Use ANSYS or similar tools to simulate, analyze, and refine designs based on structural and operational conditions
- Prepare customized elevator layouts and component designs aligned with manufacturing and installation needs
- Modify and update existing drawings based on feedback or revised specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Project Management, and Quality Assurance to ensure design feasibility and compliance
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding design specifications, materials, and production capabilities
- Ensure version control and maintain a systematic record of all design documentation
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute ideas for design optimization and product improvement
- AutoCAD 2D/3D Proficiency required
- SolidWorks Strong working knowledge required
- Basic understanding of ANSYS or FEA software (preferred)
- Good understanding of mechanical components, fabrication processes, and technical drawing standards
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities
- Gender: Male candidates only (as per role requirement)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical OR Automobile Engineering
- Experience: Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience preffered or Freshers with strong AutoCAD & SolidWorks skills can also apply
- Location Preference: Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or nearby regions
