Senior Systems Engineer - IT Service @ Yes Bank Ltd

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience with desktop and servers, specifically in Windows environments and server virtualization technologies such as Hyper V and VMware. You should be proficient in installing server operating systems, configuring server roles like DNS and DHCP, and troubleshooting network printers. Your responsibilities will include managing Active Directory, TCP/IP configuration, and resolving network issues efficiently. Familiarity with Microsoft administrative tools like Active Directory and Remote Desktop Access is essential. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are crucial for this role. In terms of networking, you are expected to have a basic understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting, including L2 devices like Cisco switches and firewalls. Knowledge of Wireless Access Points is also preferred. You will be responsible for maintaining computer networks, performing disaster recovery operations, and ensuring data backups. Implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware will be part of your tasks. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, as well as monitoring network performance, are vital aspects of the role. Being proactive, working independently, and collaborating effectively with the team are key attributes for success. CCNA certification is mandatory for this position.
