Job Description
- As a skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Web Developer, you will have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and WordPress theme customization. Your passion for creating responsive, user-friendly web interfaces will be instrumental as you collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver engaging digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining modern, responsive, and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). You will customize and build WordPress themes to fulfill project-specific design and functionality requirements. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices across all devices will be a key focus. Collaborating with designers and backend developers to bring UI/UX designs to life, developing custom Gutenberg blocks, and optimizing website performance, usability, and SEO best practices are also essential tasks. Additionally, you will utilize version control systems like Git for source code management and collaboration while maintaining documentation of frontend components, themes, and code standards. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3-6 years of experience in frontend web development and be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). A solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and cross-browser compatibility is required, along with hands-on experience in WordPress theme development and customization. Familiarity with custom Gutenberg block creation and usage, as well as a basic understanding of PHP (preferred, not mandatory), will be beneficial. Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration, along with a good grasp of modern web development practices and browser rendering behavior, are also necessary. Desirable skills include experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue), an understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards, familiarity with web performance tools and debugging techniques, and exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools.
