As a QA & Testing Analyst in the Technology department, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, logical integrity, and operational quality of software-driven processes within our internal platforms, training environments, and automation solutions. You will collaborate with software developers, support staff, and IT specialists to investigate, reproduce, and analyze reported issues. Your role involves executing structured and exploratory testing on various systems, including training lab platforms, internal web applications, business process automations, and M365-based workflows. Your key responsibilities include validating system behavior for logical correctness, algorithmic thoroughness, and business rule enforcement. You will contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, surface issues early, and maintain detailed documentation of findings and recommendations. Additionally, you may occasionally assist in system configuration or testing in low-code/no-code platforms. While formal tool experience is not mandatory, familiarity with tools like Jira, DevOps Boards, browser dev tools, and the M365 ecosystem can be beneficial. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proven experience in technical support or troubleshooting, curiosity in tracking down root causes of issues, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. This role requires fluency in English and partial availability during U.S. business hours with at least 4 hours of overlap with the specified time zone.
