Job Description

As an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath, you will be joining our automation team to work on enterprise-scale projects involving automation, process design, and deployment. Your role will involve developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath, analyzing and optimizing business processes for automation, conducting UAT, managing projects efficiently, and collaborating with business and tech teams for requirement gathering and delivery. You should have at least 5 years of experience in RPA/automation or application development, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath. Proficiency in SQL, scripting, debugging, and UAT cycles is essential for this role. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability for multi-stakeholder collaboration are also required. In this role, you will be expected to follow structured methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, maintain technical documentation, and develop reusable automation assets. Your work will involve interacting with SQL, relational databases, and application logic to ensure successful automation and deployment.
