As an Engineer in the Robotics Department, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of robotic systems for various applications. Your primary responsibilities will include on-site robot programming and teaching at customer locations across India, particularly with OEMs. You will be involved in the installation support and commissioning of robotics work cells, ensuring the seamless integration of robots with PLCs and work cells. Your technical expertise will be essential in configuring and interfacing robots with PLCs and other components. Proficiency in industrial robotics, including programming, mastering, setup, configuration, communication, trials, and cycle time optimization, will be key to your success in this role. Your knowledge of popular robot brands such as FANUC, Kawasaki, Yasakawa (Motoman), and Kuka will enable you to work effectively on diverse projects. Additionally, a basic understanding of PLC and HMI programming would be advantageous for this position. You will be required to execute projects on-site throughout India, demonstrating your commitment to quality and efficiency in proving and handing over completed work. This is a full-time position that may involve night shifts and overnight shifts based on project requirements. Willingness to travel extensively is a must for this role, as you will be expected to be on-site for project execution and customer support. The ability to reliably commute to Pune, Maharashtra, or relocate before starting work is necessary.
