Job Description

Position Summary... As a product leader in replenishment, you are accountable and responsible for number of critical products/platforms that helps serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner in multiple geographies and businesses. What youll do...

• You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to Walmart leadership. You will develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple products in replenishment
• You will work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, working across time zones and frequently traveling to build customer closeness and stakeholder relationships
• You will manage a high-performing team, and would need to coach, guide mentor them to build replenishment products to solve WMT scale inventory problems
• You and your team will leverage data to make informed product decisions. You and your team will help business operators to run the business with the products you build
• You will build and own scalable platforms that are multi-tenant and can be leveraged across geographies and business units

• Advanced/masters degree in engineering or management is preferred.
• You come with 14+ years of software product management and/or product analytics experience and with 3-4 yrs. experience of leading teams
• Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners
• Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments

Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications... Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience Primary Location...
