Job Responsibilities: Engage with patients via chat, providing timely and accurate responses on healthcare services, medical information and appointment scheduling. Disseminate clear and concise information on health conditions, treatment and procedures, ensuring privacy compliance. Resolve patient concerns, escalate complex cases to healthcare professionals, and ensure follow up on unresolved queries.
Salary :
Fresher: 17k (Grad)
Experienced: Upto 27k (minimum 6months experience in customer Service voice or non voice/chat process)
