Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to engage with US-based prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in lead generation, appointment setting, and initial qualification of potential clients.

Basis Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US accent preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work night shift (US time zone).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/Software services is a plus (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Quick learner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects from targeted industries.
• Introduce the companys services and identify business opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline through effective lead qualification and nurturing.
• Maintain daily call and email activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales manager to schedule meetings.
• Research companies and stakeholders to personalize outreach efforts.
• Follow up with prospects via email/LinkedIn.
• Maintain excellent call etiquette and professionalism at all times.
