Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, eScripting, and Open UI.
• Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAI, VBC, and adapters.
• Administer Siebel Repository and manage data loading and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct testing, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel implementation and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
