Job Description

As a Ground Staff at Guwahati Airport, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers. You will be performing a wide range of tasks, encompassing both commercial and technical aspects. Duties include checking baggage, cleaning the aircraft, and enhancing the overall flight experience for passengers. Some specific responsibilities of a Ground Staff member include inspecting, storing, and transporting luggage. Additionally, you may be involved in stocking the aircraft with food and beverage items that will be distributed during the flight. Moreover, part of your role may involve direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum qualification of 12th pass with excellent communication skills. The salary offered for this position is 26000/-.
