Shift: Night Shift, Work from Office Qualification: Graduation Experience: 5+ months total; 2+ years in Training Experience Breakup: The ideal candidate should have experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, with a preference for a background in media/process training. Essential Hiring Skills: - Strategic training planning - Client communication and stakeholder engagement - Team management and coaching - Facilitation and influencing skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) - Reporting and analytical acumen Good to have Hiring Skills: - Risk/compliance alignment - Workshop execution and QBR planning - OD exposure - Tech-enabled learning strategies Trainable Skills: - Internal systems for reporting/training metrics - Client engagement models - Cumulus-specific process knowledge Responsibilities: - Lead all Talent Transformation initiatives, training strategy, and execution - Align with clients and operations on training goals, delivery, and reviews - Guide Trainers; track utilization, compliance, and performance metrics - Plan and manage new hire, refresher, and behavioral quality training - Facilitate client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions Language Proficiency Level: English - Spoken & Written: B2/C1 level Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Mandatory Skills: Training Experience: 5-8 Years Reinvent your world with Wipro.
