Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sheet Metal @ Hiring

Job Description

As a Sheet Metal Vendor Guidance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to sheet metal vendors to enhance their processes, standardization, and horizontal deployment in stamping and welding processes. Your key job responsibilities will include: - Offering guidance to vendors in various areas such as root cause analysis, countermeasure action implementation, robust poka yoke, new model parts pfmea, and establishment of key quality systems. - Conducting discussions and review meetings with vendor top management to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have the following competencies: - Hands-on experience in press and weld parts with a deep understanding of the latest technologies in stamping and welding processes (such as nut manager, adoptive guns, etc.). - Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey recommendations and insights. - Basic computer knowledge, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and reporting. In addition, specific expertise in press tool and welding fixture designing and development will be crucial for success in this role. Therefore, candidates must possess a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering from a reputable institution to meet the educational requirements.
