Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and implementation of core
features
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers
Architect full-stack application developments with a focus on performance,
scalability, and maintainability
Manage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD, Repos,
Artifacts)
Collaborate closely with product manager, design teams and stake holders to
deliver customer-centric solutions in line business goals.
Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize
performance
Guide sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies
Foster engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvementMust-Have Skills
15+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular and .NET Core
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering
management role
Proficiency in various technologies like Azure DevOps, .Net Core, SQL, Angular 8
and above.
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, micro services, and cloud-native architecture
Proven ability to coach and grow high-performing engineering teams
Solid understanding of source control (Git), containerization (Docker) and testing
frameworks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions
Experience with Azure cloud services like App Services
Strategic Thinking & Problem solving skills are required.
Excellent communication skill in English is required (Write & Speak).
