Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Leadership
    • Lead and manage shared services operations for North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia).
    • Align regional service delivery with global standards and local compliance requirements.
  2. Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  3. Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business units and internal stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and service-related discussions.
  4. Process Optimization
    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
  5. Team Development
    • Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing support function.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
  6. Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure compliance with regional laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Maintain quality control standards and audit readiness.
  7. Budget & Vendor Oversight
    • Support budget planning and cost control initiatives.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery per contractual terms.
  8. Change Management
    • Lead change initiatives including system implementations, process transitions, and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services or a similar operational role, preferably with exposure to North American markets.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and shared services best practices in the US and Latin America.
