Lead and manage shared services operations for North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia).
Align regional service delivery with global standards and local compliance requirements.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business units and internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and service-related discussions.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
Team Development
Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing support function.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with regional laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain quality control standards and audit readiness.
Budget & Vendor Oversight
Support budget planning and cost control initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery per contractual terms.
Change Management
Lead change initiatives including system implementations, process transitions, and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in shared services or a similar operational role, preferably with exposure to North American markets.
Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams and cross-functional projects.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with compliance standards and shared services best practices in the US and Latin America.
