We have opening for Requirement Engineer, Bangalore location .
Mandatory Skill : JAMA, ASPICE Model, Requirement traceability matrix and Requirement management
Requirements Engineer

1. Customer requirements gathering and documenting
2. Requirement Traceability matrix & tracking each customer requirement for closure
3. Drafting project reports
4. Knowledge of Jama tools.
5. Experience of ASPICE model in Requirement Management

Requirements Ownership & Responsibilities:The requirements engineers are the owners and their responsibilities are:

• Importing the content of a requirement into the correct location in JAMA
• Ensuring links between requirements and tests are managed appropriately, i.e., ensuring that every requirement has a test, and that all requirements are appropriately linked
• Guiding the project team through the requirements review process
• Answering questions about adding requirements to JAMA from a how-to, technical perspective
• Developing metrics and report out to the EPM, PDM, or project stakeholders about the status of requirements, e.g., how many requirements have been reviewed, which requirements have been implemented, etc.

JAMA Usage:The requirements engineers are the main contributors to JAMA. Their responsibilities are:

• Monitoring projects for issues & inconsistencies
• Keeping requirements up-to-date based on new specifications
• Initiating requirements reviews
• Baselining requirements when needed for specification changes or test cycles.
