The Regional Director of Security will conduct security assessments and communicate plans to senior management. The role requires knowledge of corporate security, including security project management and emergency disaster response experience, as well as skills in document creation, effective communication, and international travel. What You ll Do
- Maintain the best cross functional team relationships to ensure consistency of the global security programs in retail and non-retail business.
- Lead a team of subject matter experts to respond to insider threats and threats of violence and establish best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce, including recruiting, selecting, and developing talent.
- Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives, developing and implementing business strategies, and evaluating operational processes to meet business expectations.
- Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all the global security programs.

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Law, Risk Management, or related field and 5 years experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 7 years experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
1 year s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications...
Emergency Disaster Response, Master s Degree in business or related field, Project management experience
